Process of Investigation

HPS is committed to responding as soon as possible to reports of bias or discrimination (see forms below), including following all district protocols and Board Policies. Once notification is received, you may be contacted by the district as part of the investigation process to best determine the next steps and support needed. In addition, please note that you may contact the Office of Human Resources or the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at any point if necessary.
