For Students

How to Practice Inclusivity
Look for opportunities to include peers who feel left out
Be aware of when jokes become harassment
Develop empathy for unique lived experiences. Treat others with kindness, regardless of their identities
Seek guidance for restorative support from a trusted staff member when there’s a conflict between students
Be self-aware. Be open to criticism regarding your treatment of others ‒ there is always room for growth
Learn about your classmates’ unique identities, but always respect their boundaries
Do at least one nice thing each day for someone you don’t know very well
Be patient with yourself and others
